A December winter wedding took place at the gorgeous Soka University in Aliso Viejo, CA. Isabella and Bobby together with their 50 guest count, had a lovely wedding day with some pretty details. Right at sunset, an outside ceremony took place at the Peace Lake/ Fountain area at the University. Beautiful red roses, and glowing candles were set down the aisle, and set the mood for the night. These two said their “I do’s” under the winter night sky, and it was very romantic.
The reception was held at the gorgeous art gallery inside Founders Hall. The wedding colors of red, gold, and ivory really brought the romantic winter theme to life. Isabella and Bobby incorporated many DIY elements. The bride, beautifully handcrafted the red rose centerpieces which added elegance to the tabletop design. The couple also created unique table numbers for the guest tables. Each table was assigned to a famous Art piece, and it brought together the art and romantic elements beautifully. It was amazing to see that guests were sitting at table “MONA LISA” for example. They even had a gold sequined backdrop for their photo booth with props made by the bride herself. Bobby and Isabella and their guests enjoyed a night of dancing, photo booth fun, and eating.

When we initiated contact with Niloufar she responded quickly, within a few hours. During our first conversation it was clear Niloufar was the type of person who is on-the-ball and detail oriented. We couldn’t afford a full blown wedding planner so we took care of sourcing our own vendors and hired Niloufar to assist with preparations leading up to the wedding and day of coordination. Niloufar provided a list of vendors to assist us with our vendor search and she also helped review vendor contracts to ensure there were no missing details. The amount of details required to prepare for a wedding are many, and Niloufar made sure that every detail was covered before the big day.
On our wedding day Niloufar and her assistant did an amazing job. Everything went smooth and stress-free! All vendors were in the right place at the right time, doing what they were supposed to. I had several friends come up to me during the wedding to ask who she was – they commented about how she was doing an awesome job keeping everything moving smoothly.
My wife and I were very happy with the outcome of our wedding and reception and Niloufar was a big part of making that happen. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!!
