A garden Summer wedding took place at the fabulous Hyatt Regency Newport Beach located in Newport Beach, California. With a guest count of 120 this wedding was full of inspiration, laughter, love, and happiness. All the guests including the bride and groom were on the dance floor dancing the night away under the California sky. The bride added so many pretty DIY details which really made the wedding even more personal and lovely. A beautiful wedding with the most amazing guests.

Niloufar did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding. We hired her as a day of coordinator but it is so much more than that. You really get someone that helps you all the way up to the wedding and all the way through the wedding. I like to do research to find the best person or company for the job and I feel like I really got it right with her.
I was the type of bride that wanted to be in control of finding and booking vendors and making DIY decor, and she worked really well with me. She gave me suggestions for vendors which helped steer me in good directions. When I was working hard on wedding plans she was available through email and always responded right away. When I was super busy with work and couldn’t focus on the wedding plans at that moment she gave me some time and worked in the background. When we would meet I would always show up on time and she would always be there before me. Timeliness is so important in weddings. All of the vendors that I had booked all said they had spoken with her and so I knew everyone would be on the same page day of the wedding.
The wedding went absolutely perfectly. I had some last minute things that I wanted to add such as a sparkler send off. She had no problem adding these things in to the day and making it all flow effortlessly. There was no stress or worry on the day of the wedding that anything would go wrong. I could focus on having an amazing day. She took care of all of the details and made everything perfect. The wedding had no issues and I know she really cared about my Husband and I having the most amazing day of our lives. I recommend that everyone use her for their coordinator.
